Despite having the very best of intentions, I'm terrible at keeping journals. The months- and year-long breaks on this blog are good indications of how consistent I have managed to be with personal journals. But here's a "two birds with one stone" sitch: I can preserve some of the small and precious moments we (or our progeny) may enjoy looking back on someday, while also providing regular updates to our families far away.
*In this case, "soon" means when Steve arrives in Canada... whenever that is.
